Recent drain repairs carried out on behalf of a local EstateAgents in Leicetser.
We carried out a CCTV survey of the drainage system as the tenant was suffering repeated drainage problem issues. We discovered the old clay junction and gully to be partially collapsed.
After informing the Estate Agents they instructed us to proceed and excavation works took place to replace the damaged gully, pipe work and junction piece with uPVC.
The slabs were reinstated, waste removed from site, and the drainage system returned to perfect working condition.
