An emergency call out to the Bullring in Birmingham yesterday, for our retail client based in the West Midlands.
We attended a retail unit with a flooded basement, which upon inspection was due to a buried rainwater gully being blocked.
This was quickly diagnosed and rectified, leaving order restored and a relieved client!
