A blocked rainwater stack was causing serious floods inside our customers shop in Nottingham this week.
We first cleared the blocked drain which was caused by a number of tennis balls and various toys, before excavating to locate the outlet for access and investigation.
A large dropped section of pipe was discovered, which we then repaired, the system was checked with CCTV down to the main drain, grounds reinstated, and a metal grate screwed into the roof outlet, to prevent more unwanted items in the pipe.
